    Visitors arriving by car can use the Milaneo Shopping Center parking garage in the immediate neighborhood of the museum.

    Visitors arriving by light rail can get off at the "Stadtbibliothek" or Budapester Platz stop. Both stops are only a few minutes walk from the museum.

  • On Foot

    The museum is located only a few minutes walk from the main train station, in the immediate vicinity of the Milaneo shopping center and the city library. The entrance is opposite the side entrance of the public library.

Children under 4 years of age do not need a ticket. Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult during their visit. Wheelchair users with an accompanying person receive free admission. We are very busy at weekends, public holidays and during the statutory school holidays in Baden-Württemberg. Therefore, only an online ticket offers guaranteed admission.

We are a barrier-free museum and well accessible to all. The museum is easily accessible both with a wheelchair and a stroller. A toilet for the disabled is available.
