You can book tickets online beforehand or purchase them on site at our museum. However, due to the high demand at the moment, we would like to ask you to book your tickets online. Online tickets can be purchased here: https://stuttgart.museumderillusionen.de/ticket/.

Yes. The person that booked the ticket does not have to be there in person. Please just make sure to have the ticket digitally or printed out.

The tour of our Museum of Illusions is designed to last approximately 1 hour. However, it is of course fine if you need longer than 1 hour.

No, you do not need to print out your ticket. A digital version of the ticket on your smartphone is perfectly sufficient.

Holders of Landesfamilienpass or Bonuscard Stuttgart or Museumspass do not receive a discount.

Our Museum of Illusions has a new and modern concept. We are an interactive museum, which means that you can touch our exhibits and try everything out for yourself. During your visit you are allowed to talk normally and do not have to be quiet. If you suffer from epilepsy or are prone to vertigo, we advise you not to visit the “Vortex Tunnel”, the “Leaning Room” and the “Miracle Drum”.

There are disabled toilets available in our museum.

Reduced admission is available to persons with a valid disabled pass, pupils, trainees, students and senior citizens over 65 years of age. Furthermore, children (5-17 years) with a valid disabled pass receive a 20% discount on a children’s ticket. The accompanying person is of course also entitled to our reduced fare. The museum does not have its own parking spaces, but you can park in the surrounding car parks and underground garages.

Sometimes it can take a few minutes longer to receive your ticket by email. If you don’t receive it at all, all you need to do is provide us with confirmation of payment and you will be admitted.

Rebooking is possible due to illness up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit at the latest.

You will find us at Mailänder Platz 27. The Milaneo is right next to us and opposite our entrance is the side entrance to Stuttgart City Library.
