Who can buy the family-ticket?

The family ticket is valid for 2 adults with 2 kids, 1 adult with 3 kids or 2 adults with 1 kid.

Am I allowed to book tickets for other people?

Yes. The person, who booked the tickets does not have to visit the museum. You only need to bring your online-ticket.

What should we know before we visit the museum of illusions?

Our museum of illusions has a new and modern concept. The whole museum is interactive. You are allowed to try out the exhibits and to take photos.

Due to Corona you have to wear a face-mask during your whole visit and keep at least a 1,5m distance between each other.

If you have Epilepsy you are not able to visit the “Vortex-Tunnel”, “Zoetrope” and the “Titled Room”.

Is the museum accessible for people with impairments/disabilities?

The access to our museum of illusions and our museum are barrier-free.

Do I receive discounted permission if I have a disability certificate?

If you have a valid disability certificate, then you receive discounted permission.

Are barrier-free toilets available?

Yes.

Who gets discounted admission?

Students, people with a valid disability certificate (+ the accompanying person) and seniors over 65 years. Kids (5-15 years) with a valid disability certificate get 20% off on the kid-ticket.

Where can I park my car during my visit?

Our museum does not have a parking. You can park in the neighbouring parking garages during your visit in our museum of illusions.

I paid for my online-ticket, but did not receive it. What should I do now?

Sometimes it takes more time, until you receive your ticket online. But if you do not receive your ticket via E-Mail you only have to show us a payment-confirmation to get your ticket.

Do I get discounted admission with a “Landesfamilienpass” or a “StuttCard”?

No.

Are some exhibits not available due to corona?

Because of our strict hygiene-concept it is possible that all our exhibits are regular available.

You have to wear a face-mask during your whole visit in our museum of illusions.

Am I allowed to reebok my tickets?

In some case you are allowed to reebok your ticket. But this must happen at least 24 hours before the visit.

Is my ticket invalid if I come too late?

You should be in time, but if you come a few minutes later your ticket is still valid.

Can I come earlier than booked?

You should always come 15 minutes earlier than booked.

I made a mistake while booking my online-ticket. What should I do now?

If you booked a ticket too much or the wrong day/time, you can reebok your ticket. This is only possible at least 24 hours before the visit.

I booked a ticket, but did not use it. What should I do now?

Tickets are non-refundable.
